Derek “DJA” has been creating and performing music all his life. Starting out playing in bands in his teen years, he eventually moved into the studio as a music producer and song writer. DJing came naturally as a life long music lover, and he began performing at parties and events in college. While continuing a career as a music producer and songwriter, Derek DJ’d as both an artist and an entertainer in clubs and festivals all over the United States.
